- In Duplex Cooler set, one cooler is kept in standby position and other is operating. During maintenance the standby cooler is used to provide uninterrupted service.

- We manufacture Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers in Simplex and Duplex Arrangements.
- Both Horizontal Mounted & Vertical Mounted Heat Exchangers are manufactured in our Factory.
- Duplex Oil Coolers consists of 2 Coolers + 3 Way Ball Valves in Stacked Condition, or mounted side-by-side (Vertical Mounting).
- When 1 Cooler is working, another is in standby. During maintenance the 3-Way Change Over valve is operated to start Standby Cooler and maintenance activity is carried out without shutting down the system.
- Duplex Oil Coolers allows continuous operation of the Lubrication System without stopping the System / Line
We have Handled Oil Flow Rates from 10 LPM to 2500 LPM, Lube Oil Coolers are manufactured for Oil Grades from VG 32 to VG 460, The Size of Biggest Oil Cooler manufactured in our Factory is of Ø800 Shell Dia x 4.5 mtr Long
